Exterior:

Paint on this vehicle is o.k. for the year and has no major peeling or fading.  Front and Rear bumpers suffer from normal chips from road debris as well as the hood and lower areas of vehicle.  Vehicle is equipped with the gold trim package.  Passenger headlight is foggy.  Power antenna is untested due to no radio.  Three of the tires have good tread and the passenger front needs replaced.  Originally the car had all hubcaps but two have been stolen since I purchased it.  Passenger mirror is broken.

Interior:

The interior of this car could benefit from a basic cleanup and vaccumn.  Driver window doesn't roll up, all other windows function as they should.  The previous owner equipped this vehicle with an aftermarket oil pressure gauge, it works good.  Headliner is in great shape.  Seats are perfect.  Door panels are perfect.  This vehicle is equipped with air conditioning but it will need to be charged.  Digital clock on the dash functions properly.  Transmission gives you the power and normal driving options for regular or highway driving power.  Owner's manual is in the glovebox.  Cover for fuse box is missing.  Dash is in perfect condition.  Spare and jack is in the trunk, but the trunk won't open.

Driveability:

This car comes with an economical 4 cylinder engine that helps you to save on ever increasing fuel prices.  The engine runs smooth and is quiet enough to make you wonder if it's actually running or not.  Equipped with the super reliable Toyota 2200 4 cylinder engine.  The transmission seems to slip when taking off.  After you take off it works normal and I was capable of keeping a comfortable cruising speed of 65 mph.  Reverse works as it should.  Also when first taking off you can feel a slight rumble.  I'm not sure if this is from needing a front end alignment, a loose bolt on the transmission or the bad tire on the front passenger side of the car.  Furthermore I noticed the car pulls pretty good to the right but also I think this is because of the bad tire.  The power steering pump seems to start and stop working whenever it wants so it may need to be replaced.  I used a new battery to test drive the car but it will need a battery as one wasn't on it when I purchased it.

Special Note:

This is a great opportunity to get a good vehicle at a very discounted price.  With a few minor repairs this car will be in great condition and as reliable as a new one.
